Jordanhill School has been recognised as an Investor in People for a fifth time following an assessment undertaken in May 2014.
Areas of Good Practice to emerge from the assessment include
- A clear vision that everyone understands
- A strong pupil focus that underpins all activites
- A strong culture of celebrating success
- Excellent practices that support continuous improvement
- People are very complimentary about their line managers and senior managers
- People feel very well supported by the school
The detailed findings of this review were shared with the Board and staff and will be used to shape the School Improvement Plan for 2015 as part of the School’s focus on continuous improvement. You can read a more detailed summary here
